Special Access Options

To provide you the more flexibility in planning and engaging your meeting participants, we have created two Special Access Options: Advance Access and All-Access Annual Memberships.

Advance Access 

To make your meetings as strategic as possible, offer your meeting participants to view the video in advance. “Advance Access” can be purchased in conjunction with any Full-Length Video.

• Passcode emailed directly to participants or email addresses cleared for access
• Up to 7 days of access for meeting participants up to the date of meeting/event
• Introduction, Video, and Playbill

Cost: $250 administration fee + $30 per participant. Charged at time of request.

How to Arrange for Your Group: After purchasing video rental or membership, reach out to us directly to purchase and schedule for your group. 

All-Access Annual Memberships

For those who want substantive on-going access to STT’s entire video library to use in multiple meetings, long-term consultancies, or university courses, an All-Access Annual Membership may be the best option for you.

The All-Access Membership gives you the ability to do the following:

• Take as much time as you need to prepare thoughtful facilitation for your valued clients
• Show clips from videos to focus discussion and deepen learning across multiple days, weeks, months
• Have vibrant content available across multi-day meetings or a semester
• Catalyze discussions across a number of themes embedded in a complex story
• Cost effective vs individual purchase of Full Length Videos

Membership access is limited to registered users. Shaking the Tree reserves the right to monitor usage.

Individual Membership: $10,000 annually

• For independent consultants, sole proprietors
• One registered user

Corporate Memberships: $25,000 annually

• For consultancies, financial institutions, industry associations
• Up to three registered users

University Memberships: $20,000 annually

• For university based family business/enterprise programs
• Up to three faculty users
• For university course use only

Note: All-Access Annual Memberships do not include Advance Access fees.
